Salon Mulan requires a credit card to book time-intensive appointments. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance; late cancellations (under 24 hrs) incur a 50% fee, same-day or no-shows are charged 100%. Fees can be credited if rebooked within 2 weeks. A 3% card fee applies; waived for cash/check payments.
